Police visit Robey’s ex-wife Georgia, permanently disfigured in a house fire, and question her as to his whereabouts. Luther calls Schenk, and then gets in Raine’s boot as she drives through the Port of Dover. Schenk and the Metropolitan Police intercept Woodward as he tries to kill Georgia, but he commits suicide via air embolism. Luther and Raines proceed up north to a rural snowed in Scotland, containing several corpses, to confront Robey. Raines is attacked by one of Robey’s men, who puts a zip tie around her neck. Luther is captured and placed in an undesirable position, although he is ultimately placed in a position where he ultimately overpowers and pursues.
